During three days from 16 to 18 September 2016, the "Bridgestone Tire Safety" was held at B-Select Thai Phung, 212 Pham Hung, Long Thoi hamlet, Long Thanh Trung commune, Hoa Thanh district, Tay Ninh province. This event also officially upgraded B-Shop Thai Phung to become the first Premium Passenger Car Tire Care Service Center B-Select of Bridgestone ever in Tay Ninh.
Following the success of events in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and Gia Lai, Bridgestone continued collaborating with three prestigious brands in the supporting automotive industry Idemitsu, Bosch, 3M to offer car owners in Tay Ninh a perfect service through comprehensive car check and maintenance service.
On this occasion, Bridgestone also expressed the message "Think before you drive" to drivers. Bridgestone has always been a companion to ensure the vehicles in their best technical conditions, but it is the car owner and driver that is actually taking charge of the journey safety through the habit of checking the vehicle before every drive - a little habit, a great responsibility.
In 2016 only, Bridgestone has taken care 400 cars and more than 800 customers and is expected to serve 800 vehicles and 2,000 car owners across the country.
Participation ticket remained at VND 200,000 but the value-added services to customers has been improved further with lots of effort by Bridgestone. The car went through following processes including car wash, tire care, steering wheel alignment check, oil check, battery check and car care.
At Bridgestone's service station, professionals and technicians of B-Select Thai Phung checked more than 500 tires, including the spare tires - a very necessary step to ensure the safety in rainy season. In addition, the cars went through electronic diagnostics and aligned steering wheel if necessary.
Information about run-flat tire, noise reduction tire, tire for compact cars, sport style tire, tire original source, price, warranty program, etc. were also consulted in details.
Ticket sales from the event were used to donate bicycles to unfortunate children in Tay Ninh.
