HCMC – 11th August, 2015 – Bridgestone Vietnam held the “Vision of the Future” workshop from 6th – 8th August 2015 in Nha Trang. The Workshop was attended by Bridgestone Vietnam’s entire network of B-Select and B-Shop tire service centers. On top of discussing a wide-range of topics from operations to the market landscape, the Workshop enabled Bridgestone to establish good and long-term relations with its distribution channel partners, to build a stronger Bridgestone in the Vietnam market.

The Workshop emphasized the importance of Bridgestone’s distribution channels, as well as the B-Select & B-Shop system in marketing and augmenting the Bridgestone brand in Vietnam. Most importantly, the Workshop enabled Bridgestone Vietnam to align its goals, vision and strategy with its retail network – the key point of contact with customers.

Bridgestone’s appointed Business Strategy Consultant, Ms. Nguyen Viet Nu, also shared useful information and proposed solutions to address the challenges currently faced by the stores. She enabled the participants to recognize the key points for improving the customer experience and service provider processes.

The interactive Workshop generated much discussion from the enthusiastic participants, and the sharing helped connect all members of the B-Select and B-Shop family. Moreover, it was an opportunity for Bridgestone to affirm its mission of "Serving Society with Superior Quality".
