Ho Chi Minh City, 6th of April 2015 - Today, the first-ever “Drive in Style” event was held in Vietnam on 4th Apr 2015. This style-consulting event was jointly organized by Bridgestone Vietnam and Benh Vien OTo (BVOT Group). “Drive in Style” – Drive to success
Increasingly, there is a demand amongst the well-off to adopt a personal style that extends to their vehicles. This has led to customization of the luxury cars which they own. Responding to this demand, Bridgestone Vietnam and BVOT Group organized the “Drive in Style” event in Vietnam.
“Property is no longer the signal of high-ranking social status, but instead a projection of individual style. A proper personal style is a necessary element for success in business and negotiation, especially with foreign partners. Understanding the standard customs and manners shows your respect for business partners, which lead to harmonized cooperation,” shard Ms. Aimee Symington.
Attended by 70 distinguished guests and premium car owners, the event saw 40 premium cars from brands such as BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Land Rover, Lexus and Porsche. Well-established partners in the automotive field such as BMW, 3M Vietnam, Bosch Vietnam and Liberty Insurance joined hands to provide technical check-ups, maintenance, and engine oil changes for free. In addition, Bridgestone Vietnam supported vehicle owners in selecting the most suitable tires for their vehicles.
In terms of fashion, singer Toc Tien and actor Kim Ly shared the latest trends in Vietnam as well as tips for specific events. Representatives from BMW Vietnam introduced the state-of-the-art automotive offerings from their vehicle lineup. Participants also learned about international driving customs and manners with the aim of becoming responsible road users.
“Going hand-in-hand with premium cars are premium tires. Bridgestone not only produces high-performance tires, but also helps customers build a sophisticated image, while providing safely and efficiency. We aspire to help move the vehicle owners’ business to success.” said Hiroyuki Saito, General Director of Bridgestone Vietnam.
Responsibility builds a proper style
The event was also a chance for customers and partners to support six unfortunate victims of traffic accidents by money donated.
Mr. Tran Hong Ninh, CEO of BVOT group shared, “Traffic manners and social responsibility awareness are key conditions for a proper lifestyle. Besides sharing international customs and manners, we appeal to all vehicle owners to develop civilized traffic manners, as well as to share the burden with the victims of traffic accidents.”
