Intensive type “treatment” for over 50 cars
Based on a report from January to August of year 2015, the Vietnam automobile market volume has been increased by 54%, and is expected to grow rapidly during the upcoming year-end shopping period. Bridgestone Vietnam and Benhvien Oto Group started the first collaboration with 3M Vietnam and Liberty Vietnam and introduced the first Tire and Car Service Day in June 2014. Since then, Bridgestone has continuously developed and provided Tire and Car Services Day at all B-Select shops nationwide.
Being one of the strategic markets where Bridgestone places a lot of emphasis on developing its presence, Dak Lak province currently has approximately 33,000 passenger cars on the road, and this number is predicted to increase dramatically in the near future. Bridgestone commenced the operation of B-Select Tin Nghia since September 2014, offering comprehensive and professional tire care services to customers in Dak Lak and its neighboring provinces in the highland region.
During the event, customers enjoyed the privilege of having their tires checked for safety and inflated with nitrogen. Other additional services include:
- Benhvien Oto Group offered scanning electronic error, cleaning of air filter, filling up cooling water and windshield washer.
- 3M Vietnam provided interior and exterior care, including windshield maintenance, cooler system deodorizing, asphalt cleaning and paint dust cleaning.
- Liberty Vietnam conducted insurance consultancy and how to handle on-road incidents.
Bridgestone tire professionals at B-Select Tin Nghia also supplied customers with pressure calibration.
“Bridgestone Vietnam will always consider safety as our priority and live up to our mission of Serving Society with Superior Quality”, said Mr. Hiroyuki Saito - General Director of Bridgestone Vietnam.
Humanity in action, Responsibility while Driving
“Bridgestone not only provide our end-users with essential car care and maintenance knowledge, but also contribute to the society. Furthermore, the attendance fee collected at this event will be donated to support children who have suffered from traffic accidents in Buon Ma Thuot City. In the meantime, we spare no effort in delivering the message of “Do Not Text And Drive”, so as to increase the awareness of driving safety within the country. We will continue organizing such events in the future.” said Mr. Nguyen Quang Vinh.
Over the last three years, Tire Care Service Day has reached out to over 2,500 cars and 5,000 customers with car care services. The largest Car Care Day will take place in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City in November and December respectively.
