Ho Chi Minh City, on 16th May 2012, BSTVN held THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CAMPAIGN, with participation of more than 60 buses & drivers at Mien Dong Terminal – 292 Dinh Bo Linh street, Ward 26, Binh Thanh District – Ho Chi Minh city.
The main purpose of the campaign was to inform long distance drivers of importance of tyre maintenance for the safety of passengers. Bridgestone Vietnam team conducted included tyre check service, correcting inflation pressure, measuring the tread depth and checking the appearance. Through this activity, BSTVN consulted the way how to take care of tyres, to ensure safety operation and maximum tyre life.
The details of campaign as following:
- Tyre Check Service
- Consulting the way to maximize the performance and life of their tyres
- Using a proper type pressure gauge to measure the inflation pressure and supporting the double seal valve cap
- Giving the souvenirs
In addition, BSTVN sent them over 100 vouchers which offered free of charge tyre check service at 6 Bridgestone’s Fleet Point Center in Vietnam from now to the end of December 2012.
